Not a long time I work here but I know more about the O2O Experience which combines online and offline customer experience. E-commerce to enhance the shopping experience at malls. Customers can choose to shop at home or visit O2O showroom to see the latest products and promotions. It is new so my work is introducing to customers what it is, how it works and observing whether they're interested in it.
